Mobile DJ in Ashford Kent

AP Events are based in Ashford and provide a Mobile Disco for your party, whatever the occasion. We cover various areas across the county of Kent. Each event is unique to us and you can expect the best service from your first contact to the last dance.

Booking forms are issued for each disco to confirm all the arrangements, for your peace of mind and so that we know what we're doing.

Presentation is important; we ensure that our staff and disco equipment look smart. We use a deckstand to keep the DJ area looking tidy and hide away the cables. If you have a particular dress code for your event then please let us know.

Safety

Providing you with an enjoyable and safe event is important to us, we make sure that the way we work is safe to avoid any accidents that could spoil your party.

We have a £10 million Public Liability Insurance (PLI) cover for myself and my DJs so that in the unlikely event of anything going wrong we are covered.

We have my equipment regularly checked for electrical safety and can produce a Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) certificate.

More and more venues are requiring both PLI & PAT certificates, if a DJ turns up without them they could be refused entry to the venue. If your venue requires them I will send a copy in advance so that you know that I won't be refused entry.

Mobile Disco Equipment

We use a variety of speakers to best suit your requirements and fit into the venue. I listen to your requirements; always running the speakers at a volume to keep the dancers happy yet allow others to hear themselves talk. The disco speakers are hand made by Deltec in the UK to provide a high quality audio system.

The computer controlled disco lights create a versatile show to suit your event. I can adapt the lighting during the event to keep the atmosphere just right no matter what stage of the disco.

We understand that you spend a lot of time preparing for your events paying attention to detail, so I make sure that the DJs look professional and the equipment is tidy. I use a deck stand with a cover so that you don't see all of our cables and equipment.

Birthday Party & Children's Party

Whatever the age I can provide the DJ service to suit your needs, starting with background music as your guests arrive (once the mobile disco has been setup).

I'll help run games at a childrens party and bring along some glow sticks for them to enjoy. I pay attention to the music that is played to ensure nothing is unsuitable is played.
